Then look no further than the HD302. This is designed as a Portable Weighbridge as opposed to a large platform scale, allowing free movement of the live weighing deck, without a frame, whilst using appropriate weighbridge load cells, with large ball bearings protected by rubber boot, and an overall low maintenance design. Ideal for Rural Maize and Silage Contractors, Forestry, Quarries, Ports, Roading Projects, Scrap Metal Merchants, Waste sites, e.g. Refuse Transfer Stations and landfills. In fact anywhere where either the portable weighbridge needs to be moved regularly, space is at a premium, concrete foundations are not viable, or where the site is populated on a short term basis.
Our portable weighbridge options include the following features:
- 4m x 2.9m decks combined in configuration of 2, 3, or 4 decks with or without spacers
- Robust construction using 4 x 10t weighbridge load cells in each deck
- Free floating decks (as per traditional weighbridge) which can also accommodate overhang for wider trailers as well as negating binding issues as there is no external frame
- Hot dip galvanised finish
- Easy set up and transportation
- No specific foundation requirements – can be used on compacted level ground or concrete pad
- Approved for trade use by Ministry of Consumer Affairs (Trading Standards)
- Trade certified in Napier and shipped to site, ready to use

- Load cells removable if maintenance is required by removing 4 bolts in deck and 8 bolts that secure the load cell to the frame

These are two basic readers. We can supply basic with just a screen and then option of a printer.
